We welcome Jennie Vandegrift as our new Chief Customer Officer, bringing 17+ years of experience in customer success, delivery, and strategic growth across retail, consumer goods, and technology. Jennie will lead our Customer Excellence teams – including Customer Success, Delivery & Implementation, Support, and Professional Services – with a focus on scalable, high-impact client experiences. Her leadership background includes roles at o9 Solutions, E2open, and Target Corporation, where she built high-performing teams and drove customer value through innovation and collaboration.

Also stepping into a key leadership role is Dan Gallagher, now Director of Customer Success. With over 30 years of experience helping CPG brands leverage technology – from EDI and RFID to retailer data sharing – Dan brings deep expertise in driving sales, category growth, and supply chain efficiency.

To further strengthen our client partnerships, we’ve added several new Customer Success Managers to round out the team. Each brings a strong background in client success, retention, business development, partner management, and project execution. Their shared mission: to partner with our customers to drive value, deliver insights, and support their success as trusted allies in the retail space.
