We’re excited to announce a strategic expansion of our Customer Excellence organization, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and measurable value to our clients. We welcome [**Jennie Vandegrift**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennievandegrift/) as our new **Chief Customer Officer**, bringing 17+ years of experience in customer success, delivery, and strategic growth across retail, consumer goods, and technology. Jennie will lead our Customer Excellence teams – including Customer Success, Delivery & Implementation, Support, and Professional Services – with a focus on scalable, high-impact client experiences. Her leadership background includes roles at o9 Solutions, E2open, and Target Corporation, where she built high-performing teams and drove customer value through innovation and collaboration. “Jennie’s deep expertise in CPG/Retail analytics and customer-first mindset are already making an impact, said Ben Cronin, CEO of Nuqleous. Her leadership is helping us elevate the way we serve our clients, and we’re excited about the momentum she’s building.” Also stepping into a key leadership role is [**Dan Gallagher**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dangallagher19/), now **Director of Customer Success**. With over 30 years of experience helping CPG brands leverage technology – from EDI and RFID to retailer data sharing – Dan brings deep expertise in driving sales, category growth, and supply chain efficiency. “Dan's experience leading the former TR3 team gives him a unique advantage in accelerating results for our customers,” said Paul Sims, Co-Founder and Head of Analytics Innovation at Nuqleous. “His ability to connect technology with business outcomes is exactly what our Customer Success team needs to deliver faster, smarter value.” To further strengthen our client partnerships, we’ve added several new **Customer Success Managers** to round out the team. Each brings a strong background in client success, retention, business development, partner management, and project execution.
