Madan is a seasoned engineering and product executive with experience spanning the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Australia. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, modernized complex systems, and delivered scalable, customer-centric solutions for some of the world’s most recognized brands and retailers.
Before joining Nuqleous, Madan served in senior technology leadership roles across multiple enterprise software and data-driven companies, including his most recent position as Chief Technology Officer at 1WorldSync by Syndigo, a global provider of product content and data management solutions. In that role, he strengthened engineering rigor, accelerated platform modernization, and supported significant global customer growth—helping organizations navigate the demands of modern retail and omnichannel commerce.
At Nuqleous, Madan will oversee the company’s technology vision, engineering strategy, and platform evolution. He is known for pairing strategic clarity with hands-on technical depth, enabling teams to move quickly while maintaining quality, reliability, and customer impact. His leadership philosophy centers on transparency, operational excellence, and building emotionally intelligent team cultures that scale.
